at 7, usually on the 4th Monday of the month, at the Library. New
participants are welcome.

Story hour for preschoolers, normally held on the first and third
Wednesdays of the month at 10 a.m., will not meet during the month of
August. See all you families in September.

the Library programs are held at the Library, are free, and open to the
public. We hope you enjoy our programs and thank you for your continued

Pizza
dinner followed by the annual meeting including a slide show of the FOL
year in review and short book reviews and recommendations by members.
A new reading challenge will be announced-- be among the first to get a
head start on "Book Bingo". This meeting is for Friends of the Library members only, but ----- you
can join at the meeting!!! This is an important meeting for
planning the scope and direction of the Friends' activities for the
coming year. Come and be part of this community-building group.

Genealogy Workshops
by Maine
historian Randall Gross
Second Monday of every month (except holidays),
from 5:30 to 7:00 at the Library. Come learn how to research your own
family, aspects of town history, or Maine's involvement in wider
historical events such as the Civil War.
